@Marvagoeshome Marva, whether right or wrong…good or bad, employers believe a person’s credit directly relates to job performance and stability. They believe bad credit might distract an employee from doing his/her job. Other reasons exist as well, but you get the picture. It’s 100% legal for employers to determine qualifications.
